Over 40 years of construction experience. Raised in the asphalt and concrete business with Patterson Paving. I became a electrician in the early 1980’s and successfully went through the IBEW apprenticeship program and Became a journeyman electrician after going through more than 900 class room hours and over 15,000 hours Working through IBEW Local 1547 Anchorage Ak. I then became an electrical contractor in 1992 with PATTERSON ELECTRIC. In 2004 I started PATTERSON CONSTRUCTION SERVICES as a general contractor. In 2010 we Incorporated and became PCS Inc. I have several decades of successfully Running construction projects both large and small. Most of my experience is in commercial and industrial projects. I have the necessary experience related to all the critical elements of our industry to complete projects on time and on budget. I have good communication skills, written, and computer skills to advance the goals of the project. I am very detail oriented, Thorough, and extremely disciplined in all of my work. I am dedicated to my work and my reputation. I enjoy challenges, and Am willing to take on extra responsibility to meet tight deadlines. And I am very familiar with codes, permitting process, working With sub contractors, bidding, job schedules and employee management. I AM NOW IN A POSITION IN MY CAREER WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO WORK FOR A LOCAL HIGH ENERGY TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND SHARE MY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS.
