Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with presenting acute infections..
Formulate treatment in collaboration with Supervising Physician

Counsel and educate patient and their families about their illness and how to implement/continue plan of care upon discharge from hospital.
Document in EHR patient status and assessment through patient encounter.
Collaborate with other health discipline to improve patient care.
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients with acute, chronic & episodic illness.
Manage Chronic disease such as Diabetes Mellitus type 2, Hypertension
Hyperlipidemia, COPD, Asthma, GERD, Osteoarthritis
Provide treatment for complex healthcare conditions such as physical therapy, rehabilitating injuries or recuperating from surgical procedures.
Provide diagnostic screenings and common vaccinations.
Manage the pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of various disorders and diseases.
Review labs and other diagnostic reports & manage abnormal results.
Formulate treatment strategies under the direction of the Primary Physician.
