I worked as a tech for the first couple of years and then got promoted to field supervisor. Where I led the team out in the field ensuring all workers were following our procedures and completing work orders.

After that I got promoted to maintenance manager in this job I am responsible for everything on the maintenance side billing, scheduling, finding reliable contractors, getting jobs approved by owners, and keeping all technicians working.
