• Ensuring that all phone calls are answered promptly, and in an appropriate manner.
• Auditing Charts in the EMR and CRM systems to ensure all the information is entered correctly.
• Approving clients seeking admission clinically and financially.
• Provides primary support to and is the first point of contact for all potential clients, family members and loved
ones struggling with addiction.
• Responsible for scheduling and confirming client treatment and evaluation appointments.
• Responsible for insurance verification documentation in all databases.
• Contacts third party billing with initial request for verification of benefits and maintains communication with
site staff regarding potential clients’ benefits.
• Enters all pertinent client information into all databases and Electronic Medical Record.
• Facilitates coordination of admission to proper level of care and coordinates schedule with program directors
and direct supervisor.
• Coordinates with marketing to refer out to appropriate facilities for all potential clients who require a level of
