Certified in the following: LTT, forklift/pole truck/ bullet, electric pallet jack, JLG boom lift, scissor lift, trainer (completion of train the trainer course x3[Aiken Tech]), confined space (entrant, attendant, and supervisor), completion of work keys
Enrolled in a LTT learning team and have trained many operators in multiple positions.
Loaded production lines with raw materials, such as glass, dispersant, anti-foam, biocide (bleach and bromine), and flocculant.
Have chemical and white water experience, such as mixing binder, checking solids of binders, making flocculant mixes to help maintain viscosity in the white water to carry fibers through the process, checking all white water properties such as cationic on dispersant, pH, white water temperature, viscosity, and maintaining microbial levels by checking with dip slides.
Operated many components automatically and manually but not limited to winders, unwinders, packaging, extractors, pulpers (white water chests), valves, pumps, and conveyors on multiple lines.
Assisting maintenance in troubleshooting and suggesting ways to alleviate deviations in the processes, as well as learning how PLC executions and MCC functions on every part of the line.
