I started as a residential equipment changeout installer assistant, moved to new equipment installation, then entered the ACCA 3 Apprenticeship program, moved to the startup of new residential equipment, and then to service technician on residential. I progressed to light commercial companies, ultimately securing a position with Trane in 2001, where I am currently employed.
