Provide enrollment services for students seeking a place where they can finish high school, while working toward being certified in one of the nine trades that are offered at Guthrie Job Corps.

We work with prospects to identify their needs. Often this involves helping the prospect find their records, including transcripts, health, mental health as well as personal identification and social security documents.

Often we are working with students who may need other services, such as homeless shelter services. We connect them with our community partners to make sure their needs are met.

• Helped customers navigate choices between services with support for questions such as terms, pricing and availability.
• Achieved monthly sales goals by promoting product benefits and enrolling new clients.
• Resolved issues efficiently and enhanced customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborated with clients to maintain relationships and provide customers with thorough support and guidance.

• Referred clients to appropriate team members, community agencies and organizations to meet treatment needs.
• Developed and created programs and monitored effectiveness against individual participant needs.
• Oversaw staff development through in-depth trainings, workshops, seminars and other learning opportunities.
• Referred families to shelters, legal resources and educational programs.

• Produced and directed all live video and audio for the in-house OKC Thunder games. Managed scheduled and trained all staff and crew that produced all of the content for the content used in-game (the video board and LED in arena).
• Worked directly with Oklahoma City and Sport Management Group to plan all maintenance, changes, budget and schedule for all of the events that took place in the Chesapeake Arena.
