  • Responsible for all aspects of sales planning, development, team building and account management for all WCMS Media's US nationwide sales programs for many Fortune 500 clients.
  • Identified opportunities for growth and developed and implemented sales campaigns. Examples are Comcast, Dish Network, Time Warner Cable etc.. We developed retail strategy with key partners.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and managing over 700 salespeople for our client Budget Mobile for Lifeline phone program. WCMS Media team lead by me built and managed sales teams that acquired over 30.000 new cell phone users each month. We built Budget Mobile brand form 0 customers in California - second largest lifeline provider in California.
  • Working for WCMS Media, I lead marketed at over 50 large trade shows and thousands of events.
  • Developed very profitable sales campaign called, Product of the Month. It started with zero customers and grew to over 700 major department stores that bought products from us weekly

  • Responsible for building Targets entire sales teams that acquired almost all credit customers for Target Stores Credit Program in almost every store in United States. WCMS Media Target Credit Card launch - largest credit acquisition launch for private label credit card in retail history. WCMS Media launched Target test program in early 1994 for Target Stores and landed exclusive nationwide launch for Target in January 1995.
  • WCMS Media team also produced associate training video to help train in store associates as well.
  • We had 1/3 of Wal-Mart's Credit Program for their in-store sales team. Georganne Rogers and I handpicked every sales manager and were involved in hiring and training all our sales team members.
  • WCMS helped launch K-Mart / Sears Credit acquisitions for in store sales programs.
  • Lead WCMS hiring, training and managing of Bank of America in stadium co-branded credit acquisition for 1/3 of all college and pro sports teams nationwide. Our sales teams were in 1/3 of all stadium events each week all year round. Typically, we had 30 to 50 sales reps at each event in every stadium.
