I created Aegis Wealth Advisors LLC to offer wealth management, Investment Consulting, and Financial Planning services in an ethical and comprehensive manner. As a Fiduciary, we are legally obligated to act in the best interest of our clients. Our firm is compensated on a fee-only basis. We do not sell products that pays us a commission that usually creates a conflict of interest between the client and the advisor.

Great relationships with our clients and the trust that they place in us is the life blood of our business. Finally, our logo was inspired by the Ancient Greek Mythological Goddess Athena and her Aegis shield. It's meaning of Guidance, Protection, Sponsorship speaks to what we are charged to do for our clients.

I was elected as President of AHEPA Milwaukee in 2007 for a one year term that became 15 years. Our chapter was founded on July 17, 1924 as the 43rd chapter of the national and international organization of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association founded in 1922.

AHEPA is a fraternal not for profit group that promotes the ancient ideals of Hellenism, Education, Philanthropy, Civic Responsibly , and Individual/Family Excellence.

As President, I was responsible for a membership base of 140 members, fund raising events, Annual Scholarship Awards to high school graduating seniors, trades, and clergy students (We have awarded over $800K since the Scholarship foundation was est. in 1960), Relations with the two Greek Orthodox Churches, Community Relations, Managment of our building expenses, etc.

The opportunity to serve as President for 15 years(longest erm in history) was life changing and I'm eternally grateful. I am still involved as Vice President and am proud of the accomplishments achieved.

I started in the financial services industry in 1989 as an independent life insurance agent with A.L. Williams and Primerica. In 1994, I was licensed as a securities broker with a Series 6 & 63. I also earned my Investment Advisory license Series 65 a few short years later.

My journey as an independent financial advisor allowed me to learn and work with some of the best companies in the world, such as The Acacia Group, Allianz, Penn Mutual, and AIG.

My father , Mike Stasinoulias and I ran a full service retail floorcovering business that worked with families and commercial enterprises. The father retired in 1989 and we mutually agreed to sell the business.
