Accomplishments

    I was selected to be the departments Forbes Service Campion. In this role I organized and facilitated the department’s participation in the monthly Forbes meetings. I coordinated with the Hotel Operations department to ensure that team members were trained. I strategized with other Forbes Service Champions and implemented changes to improve communication to team members. In doing so, we accomplished an increase of the departments scores by 15% over the period of six months.
