Project Managed the ATP, rehoming of BSC’s and cell sites and troubleshooting any issues. Tracked the converting of low speed SS7 links to the Sigtran and H.248 high-speed links, testing and turn up of platforms such as the following: Sonus, Sigtran, H.248, USP, and ECT. Responsible for managing network rehomes affecting 80% of the entire North and South Carolina network, managing all groups including but not limited to: 911, Intrado, billing, SGSN, CALEA , Operations, Vendors (Cisco, Sigtran Sonus, Nokia, Nortel, etc.) and other various groups to ensure they have and completed prep work and oversee the successful completion of this project.

Managed the IOT lab to ensure the Test Plans were written and/or updated and uploaded. Collaborated with other onsite engineers to analyze, troubleshoot, and identify root cause failure analysis (use of Sniffer and Snoop) for the RND team in Plano. Responsible for reporting the lab results to Alcatel and the customer (TMO) daily, driving SR/PR (software and hardware problem reports) resolution back to the appropriate design teams. Represented the tabs and the lab work on daily escalation call between Alcatel and TMO and update the status of action items.
