I conducted training for New Hires in the manufacturing facility in safety, PPE, and production processes and procedures. I also provided training and testing in specialized areas including forklift and LOTO. This includes instructing training classes using PowerPoints and videos and hands-on training of the software Plex and gauges. I also conducted tours of the plant and made employee badges and prepared all paperwork needed for each class. I'm proficient in public speaking and turn training information into captivating and inspiring language that gets New Hires excited about their new opportunities ahead of them.

Documented and Photographed the installation steps for customer installs of accessories on the ROXOR off-road vehicle. I also updated all vehicle manuals, safety labels and sent out bulletins to dealers and internal groups.

*I was sent to Boulder Colorado to document and photograph the complete installation of a full body cover for the ROXOR.

Installed graphics for ROXOR off road vehicles coming off production line. Installed graphics on in-house service vans and did full body vinyl wraps on custom ROXOR vehicles.

*I was able to install the graphics keeping up with production line on my own allowing management to place other installers on the production line.

Worked nights in the Detroit Metro area giving safe and dependable transportation for my customers.

Worked remotely from home, as their "in-house" designer. Designed business cards, brochures, and online holiday graphics. Created logos for company software.

Applied camo to prototype vehicles, worked vehicle retros as a vehicle porter, and also preformed CBT testing and inspections. Other duties included working in front office closing PCN's, filing paperwork, and updating build book illustrations.

Designed and produced vinyl banners, business cards, vehicle magnets, signs, many different print materials on many different materials. I designed from customer ideas and my own concepts.

* I was able to design items in a timely manner, which raised revenue at the shop substantially, and had many customer referrals from satisfied customers.
