  • Master’s Thesis: “Polymorphisms of PAI-1 and C4 Complement”: Analyzed and determined polymorphisms in the PAI-1 Gene (genotypes) as well as C4 Complement Protein (phenotypes) by isolating Genomic DNA and Plasma from blood samples as well as PCR amplification of DNA and digestion via the RFLP technique for detecting the PAI-1 Genotypes.
  • Project Training: “Microbial Bioconversion of Arteannuin B to Artemisinin (anti-malarial drug)”: Isolated and purified the intracellular enzyme using ion exchange as well as gel filtration chromatography techniques. Conducted screening through TLC (thin layer chromatography) for bio-conversion activity and detection.
