TJ Samhouri

After graduating with a Business Management major and a Finance minor, I worked in the restaurant industry as a GM for Hardees Fast Food from 1988 - 1995. It was a much needed experience to prepare me for my nearly 30 year career in the automotive industry. I've increased revenues, decreased costs, weathered the up's and down's of the industry over decades and I've achieved success. One of the most rewarding of my experiences is that I've mentored teams to achieve succuss as well. Several of the managers that I've mentored were promoted to GM and other leadership roles. I most recently resigned from my role as the GM for Bentley and Maserati Jacksonville in pursuit of becoming a dealership owner operator.
