You may question me thinking why I;m applying with a mechanical background. I'm a current student at SBCC and I'm currently in the culinary program with chef repp. I'm looking to seek more work experience in the kitchen and the work ethic. I'm willing to start at any position and work my way up. Also on a side note I'm required to have a job for one of my classes. I;m really looking forward to work here and be able to learn many things that will help me out in my culinary journey.
