Torino - Premium Built-In refrigeration - End of life component schedule, regulatory deadline, new features and quality improvements (overlapping project with Burlesque)

• Fostered team ownership across core team and production line personnel to ensure successful delivery with highest quality standards

Oberon - Premium Built-In new column refrigerators and freezers to expand the JennAir brand portfolio (overlapping project with Burlesque)

• Responsible for directing $17M capital and expense budget for developing new luxury premium column built in refrigeration architecture
• Managed 20+ member cross functional team to maintain project schedule, cost and quality over 5 year project timeline with 90% turnover rate in key roles
• Drove quality deliverables of column architecture with 50% reduction of current products (25% to sub 10%)
