- Help to maintain system model in real-time, finding and mitigating areas of high residual values
- Perform outage studies using powerflow, STCA and SMTNET
- Coordinate with outage planning on upcoming outages and operating guide renewal
- Train new RCs as needed
- Collaborate with technical training to refresh and conduct RC evaluation board

- Work with procedure owners to update and revise MISO procedures
- Maintain South RC role in IGL and assign/remove entitlements as needed
- Provide control tours as needed to visitors both inside control room and in observation room
