I have spent my adult life in the public safety sector, primarily as a licensed Peace Officer in the State of Minnesota. I took an early medical retirement in 2019 because of an injury to my right leg/ankle and could not perform the full rigorous activities as a police officer. I have worked primarily a desk position since 2019 but I am still able to be on my feet and do physical labor as my only real restriction is running because of my prior injury.
