Successfully developed and executed a comprehensive plan to establish and operate a food and beverage department for a 320-acre youth sports facility. This initiative encompassed a diverse range of services, including food trucks, concession stands, catering, and a state-of-the-art, 17,000-square-foot full-service sports bar. Served as Project Manager for the installation and programming of restaurant management software and hardware systems. Led the recruitment, hiring, and development of over 200 employees, while fostering strong, loyal relationships with vendors and cross-functional departments. Expertly managed inventory levels, procurement, and order fulfillment, established and enforced rigorous health and safety protocols, and conducted detailed analyses of operating expenses. Additionally, played a key role in the software development of the point-of-sale and operations systems, as well as in menu development.

Managed the daily operations of restaurants, bars, concessions, catering, and banquet departments, ensuring seamless and efficient service. Held full responsibility for Profit and Loss, inventory management, procurement, and marketing strategies.
