Responsible for scheduling, unloading and reconciling all inbound shipments for a 1.5 million square foot NextGeneration E-Commerce facility. Facility was the most successful startup E-Commerce facility in the company.

Managing up to 100+ associates responsible for safely packing of customer orders within company standards and time frames while maximizing productivity.

*Guided associates through the challenges of operating during COVID-19 and the change over of operating systems to GLS.

Performed start up of first Pool Facility for Bed Bath & Beyond to be run by Bed Bath & Beyond instead of a 3PL.

*Facility serviced 38 Bed Bath & Beyond stores and 6 Buy Buy Baby stores. Moving 1.5 million cartons at a 175 million retail annually.

20 manager direct reports(4 Operations Managers, 4 Department Managers and 12 Area Department Managers) with 250+ associate base.

*Opened new 800,00 square foot flagship Ecommerce building in Lewisville, Texas.

*Responsible for training and development of an all new staff including new processes for the company.
*In charge of ordering and maintain supplies for the entire building.

Managing up to 200+ associates responsible for safely picking, packing and shipping of customer orders within company standards and time frames.

* Instrumental in the initial testing, development, installation and implementation of new packing materials for all Ecommerce facilities that resulted in over a million dollar annual cost savings for the company.

*Responsible for all ordering and stock levels of supplies for the Outbound department. Created spreadsheet to help monitor monthly supply usage and create peak projections to keep in stock rates above 98%.

*Scheduling for up to 200+ employees to provide proper coverage in all departments for a 7 day a week operation.

* Developed rotation schedule in packing area to allow wrapping associates to rotate through all wrapping stations, creating a more balanced production measure for all wrappers and increasing moral.

* Created training document to help productivity during corrugate sizing change over.

* Worked with Corporate IT to develop re-print option for picking task to increase production.

Manage cashiers, customer service, returns, receiving, RTV's, inventory control and office manager. Additional responsibilities included scheduling, ordering of supplies, maintenance of store and all equipment, signage, performing and reacting to store operational checklist.

* Successfully ran team that performed six month, multi-million dollar remodel of store in Plano, Texas.

* Helped manage relocation of store in Addison, Texas to new building and responsible for the safe demolition of the old location.

As soft side key holder responsible for safety, customer service, freight flow, ordering, assigning and following up on task to associates and maintaining department to company standards.

*Responsible for all ordering for the department and maintained in stock levels above 90%.

Responsible for all aspects of day to day operation of the store including sales, payroll, shrink, merchandising, scheduling, customer service and training.

* Selected as one of the top 20 operational run stores in the company to participate in the "Gold" program which allowed stores to perform their own ordering to cater to their specific customer.

*Recognized as one of the top 3 stores in the region in customer service.

Assist and direct new store management team on new store opening process as well as perform trouble shooting, clean ups and special projects for Western Zone VP Greg Dyer.

* Helped open 15 Linens 'N Things stores throughout the United States and the first stores in Canada.

Responsible for hiring, training and scheduling of associates. Planned and executed company directed planograms. Promoted excellent guest service and maintained high merchandising standards.

* Chosen as one of the top Merchandise Managers in the company to attend the "Top Gun" Program. An intense week long training program with corporate human resources to help promote Merchandise Managers to the next level.

As a Merchandise Manager I successfully worked in all areas of the store. Responsibilities included hiring, training, scheduling, merchandising, shipping and receiving, customer service and cash control.
