  • Designed an Advanced Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) Tracking and Reporting Tool application in MS Access.This Tool provides detailed reporting and Program Risk identification for Senior Navy Leadership. Additionally this Tool was used as a technical baseline for NAVSUP ILITs Website application.
  • Successfully developed, defended and received SECNAV approval for entire COLUMBIA Class SCN Outfitting Funding Execution Plan for all 12 Program Hulls. This Plan allocates 750 Million Dollars of SCN Outfitting Funding required to support CLB Class from Fiscal Year 2024 through Fiscal Year 2042.
  • Developed CLB Class Provisioning Technical Instruction. This policy guidance was the first policy drafted and issued in new Product Support Decision Memorandum (PSDM) series format and became the Template for many follow on PSDMs
  • Designed and Implemented a Supply Readiness Management Milestone Plan (SRMMP). This Plan identifies 160 discreet actions including the specific deliverable products that must be accomplished on each of the 12 CLB Class Hulls to obtain NAVSEA Certification prior to Builder and INSURV Sea Trails Events.

  • Researched and Drafted Baseline SCN Outfitting Budget (Budget Package) for Common Missile Compartment. Additionally supported United Kingdom Ministry Of Defense (MOD) development of their Funding requirements This Total budget of in excess of $250 Million Dollars supports the 12 Platforms of the COLUMBIA Class as as well as the 4 Platforms of the DREADNOUGHT Class.
  • Developed the Provisioning, Outfitting, Fitting Out and Platform Spares Process that is used by the 5 Primary (Primes) Commercial Vendors that support the Trident Weapon Systems for SSP. This Process required the review and drafting and updating of multiple Product Support Agreements (PSA), Commerical Standards as well as the existing Vendor Sustainment Contracts to expend the deliverable products scope to include new Initial Outfitting support.
  • Teamed with Multiple SSP Stakeholders including the Commercial Shipbuilder to develop once in a generation Platform Stowage Design, Arrangement and execution plan. This requirement included the allocation and maximum utilization of over 15,000 sq feet of stowage volume thought out both Submarine Designs.

  • Responsible for the Early Delivery of the Supply Support Readiness of 8 VIRGINIA Class Submarines from Multiple Contract Blocks. In this capacity I successfully manage over 104,000 line items of supply with a value in of $240,000 dollars.
  • Completed 2 Independent Logistic Assessments with all Supply Support Readiness related areas receiving a Green (Passing) Grade for the Independent Audit Team.
  • Successfully developed and Implemented a process to ensure that all VIRGINIA Platforms had both the NTCSS (R-SUPPLY & OMMS-NG) and HMIS software applications available to the Pre-Commissioning Crew prior to Ship Delivery, We were the first Navy Program to Achieve this Milestone.
