• Scheduling maintenance events for a variety of equipment in a major biologics manufacturing facility, including both GMP and non-GMP equipment
• Communicating with vendors to ensure any parts required for maintenance activities are ordered and arrive on time for technicians to utilize
• Inducting new assets and maintaining existing asset records in Blue Mountain RAM, reorganizing current system-equipment relationships and setting up new system hierarchies within the software for easier record maintenance
• Developing a spare parts inventory program
• Collaborating with a team of senior management, engineers, facilities technicians and QA personnel to adequately track and update manufacturing/facilities system statuses
• Assisting in procurement related tasks in SAP, specifically purchase orders, invoices and annual/quarterly budget forecasting

• Handling procurement activities including RFP’s (Request For Proposals).
• Sourcing products for large IT and A/V project build-outs by comparing, evaluating and negotiating pricing from suppliers

• Creating and presenting sales projections spreadsheets for various sales channels, extending out to 3 years
• Analyzing corporate sales data to create presentations for VP of Sales to present at monthly board meetings for executive team and investors
• Recording, editing, and analyzing client meeting notes to import them into the CRM database. I would then aggregate this data into reports for the executive staff and marketing department
• General CRM database maintenance and data entry, including contact entry and management of sales pipelines
