I'm in charge of creating bags of substrate mixed with soy hull and oak pellets in polypropylene bags to colonize mushrooms with for our chambers to grow in. I'm also in charge of producing Lion's Mane capsules for our market customers as well as restocking inventory to ship out to our Amazon page online. I have done some extensive work regarding data management for our supplies and have experience in photoshop with creating or helping designs for our logo.
Apart from that, I have had experience harvesting the mushrooms that we grow as well as assorting the varieties into boxes to deliver to the restaurants we sell to.
This job is similar to DoorDash except these are people who create their own food and sell them online for delivery drivers to take. My job was to regulate and make sure the dishes and drinks that people sold online followed guidelines and regulations on the website, and edit and mistakes that may be present. There are times where we would have to directly contact the people who sold the dishes in question if they didn't understand or were trying to sell something that is against our guidelines.
I was given a different ask each day on the weekend up until the last weekend of October, these included:
-An upfront cashier for selling donuts and ice cream
-A kiosk server for soft-drinks
-A tally counter to track sales on two occasions
-An instructional guide for launching devices on the orchard
