As a team we were responsible for the maintenance and repair of 200 pieces of equipment, multiple onsite irrigation wells and pumps. Responsible for documentation of service, scheduled maintenance, and all repairs. Hired as a mechanic, promoted to Shop Forman and then promoted to Shop Manager.

I was responsible erecting the skeleton of the building (raising gang); bolting up all connections (bolt up crew); decking the floors that support the concrete (decking crew); welding stairs, hand rails, moment welds (welder); ensuring the building is straight and true and all columns plumb and on grid (plumb up crew)
As a journeyman; I held multiple positions within the trade, not only as a hand but also as a foreman for all of the crews listed above.
