  • As the Operations Administrator I was responsible for ensuring that all administrative, scheduling, and clerical functions were performed. I was responsible for scheduling and coordinating leads, installations, customer services, management reports, pulling individual municipalities contractor registrations, payroll, I also assisted in getting the subcontractors out every morning. I executed the “JUMP” program to ensure customer communication is maintained throughout the project. I was the main point of contact for the customer in handling a question or problem. I kept the customer updated with timely and frequent information about progress on the project. I facilitated customer resolutions by bringing together the appropriate GDI personnel. I was responsible for maintaining the Production Log. I reviewed new contracts for accuracy and completeness. I handled all ATCs and cancellations. I also reviewed and performed all accounting functions including: A/R, A/P, monthly, quarterly, yearly, checking account, financing paperwork, etc. I handled all subcontractor personnel and payroll information, in addition I always went above and beyond in any task that was put in front of me.
