Tonya Fore, MBA, RRT

I am a highly experienced Respiratory Therapist with immense skills earned throughout my career thus far. My greatest attributes are critical decision making where I thrive in intensely stressful situations. I have developed my interpersonal skills by working with a multitude of other professionals in their fields such as nurses, doctors, case managers, and ancillary departments. An example of working with multiple professions is rounding in the Medical ICU where we learn to listen, give valuable suggestions, and be an active part of multidisciplinary team meetings every morning. I am continuously seeking new challenges in my field as I am an ECMO specialist, Pediatric Advanced Life Support instructor, and a member of the Southwest Transplant Alliance committee. I am responsible for various projects such as Obstructive Sleep apnea reports, organizing skill labs, and educating other departments on our profession. My ultimate passion is to provide excellent care to my patients and their loved ones, as well as being in service to my community. I would become a greater asset to those I serve by expanding my career into other avenues and taking on more responsibilities in our healthcare system.
