- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, which may include researching and recommending new opportunities, profit, or service improvements.
- Learn and be proficient in the capabilities, possess the knowledge to creatively apply services across different customers and prospects.
- Maintain constant communication with all clients
- Continually move projects forward by managing milestones, check-in communications, and deadlines.
- Track all orders being processed and mailed according to established SLAs.
- Sort, prep and assemble client sign offs and package samples.
- Coordinate, track and manage all aspects of print production and mailing.
- Coordinate with Sourcing regarding acquisition and timely delivery of outside services or materials purchases.
- Manage client inventory, including inventory receipts and setups in the system, consulting with client on order points and quantities.
- Responsible for timely and accurately invoicing, may include forecasting as requested by Finance and/or Sales.
- Proactively identify issues, engage appropriate departments/staff to conduct investigations, determine root cause and resolution.
