• Collaborate with the hospital to ensure orders are proper for patients.

OR Scheduler.

• Collaborate with surgeons' offices to ensure patients are scheduled for the appropriate surgery date and time.
• Ensure the OR schedule is prepared for each day.
• File appropriate cases for preparation for surgery day.
• Ensure all contents are in the order. Such as H&P, and patient demographics.
• Communicate with PAT to ensure they have any add-ons or are aware of any time changes.

• Answers patient phone calls to set up appointments
• Assist with surgeries and clean up
• Assist with care of animals for multiple items
• Refill prescriptions
• Assist on farm calls

• Filling prescriptions
• Answer patient calls
• Make sure everything was organized

• Keeping pickup drivers informed of their schedule and loads
• Updated daily yard reports
• Making sure all proper documentation was updated and given to drivers
• Organized daily yard reports, making sure we know where every trailer was on the property and what was in it.

• Administer bedside and personal care
• Assist multiple patients with activities of daily living
