  • Analyze financial statements and project operations to determine current financial strengths and weaknesses, and to identify adequacy of reserves.
  • Review and evaluate multi-family property owners to determine and ensure compliance with Department and other federal, state and local regulations, requirements, status and polices.
  • Monitor and review physical inspection of properties and request corrective action where necessary.
  • Analyze current operating expenses and financial data to form the basis of approval or denial of rent increases, refinancing and loan mortgage modifications.
  • Negotiate with owners in agreements and arrangements for maintaining viability of troubled properties.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial data for troubled projects to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Work with management agent and owner in resolving tenants' concerns.
