Sometimes our bodies need help relaxing and releasing from survival mode. Reiki is an energy healing modality that loosely translates ‘Universal Energy’. In my sessions I channel this Universal Energy into the client’s body for healing, which helps facilitate the switch from coping to healing. Reiki is helps clear, cleanse & balance the spirit which greatly benefits everyone. I focus on the overall health and underlying causes of emotional traumas, environmental toxins and other lifestyle stresses that are preventing individuals from achieving their personal and professional goals. I zone in on emotional blocks, energetic and physical imbalances.
