  • Lateral promotion to a struggling region, which consists of several legacy customers within the enterprise. The objective was to identify specific root causes for underperformance and close the gaps.
  • In FY23 we improved operational turnover by implementing several retention programs and worked to change the culture to a "People First" culture that aligns with the company strategy.
  • In FY23, we did not experience significant revenue growth due to various market conditions; however, we did implement several CI initiatives and right-size our fleets and staffing. This yeilded significant improvements in operating income for the total book of business.
  • In FY24 we continued with our Culture Improvements Initiatives as well as the CI initiatives. We were awarded additional business at several sites due to improvements in OTS.
