Shelly Segovia

My name is Shelly, and I’m a motivated and reliable individual with strong experience in customer service and communication. I graduated from Rockdale High School with a 3.5 GPA, where I was actively involved in Powerlifting—qualifying for the state competition twice—and served as President of the Garden Club for two years.

Through my work at Rockdale Donuts, I developed strong customer interaction skills and learned how to handle time-sensitive issues efficiently and professionally. While working at Monarcas, I gained valuable experience in personal presentation and building quick, friendly conversations with customers—skills that are essential in any retail environment.
