BiTE Therapy: Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop the Cerner PowerPlan, nursing documentation, and educational support to optimize patient care. 

Plum 360: Member of the multidisciplinary team to guide system transition from Alaris to Plum 360 IV pumps. Remain member of the Nurse/Pharmacy Oversight Committee.

USP 800: System change - collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to set standards at MHC for the appropriate handling, transporting, storage, and administration of hazardous drugs. Developed annual education to provide guidance when managing or administering hazardous drugs and minimize exposure risk to patients and the healthcare workforce.

Elzonris: Collaboration with ICU to administer Elzonris (high risk for capillary leak syndrome). Plan of care developed to allow patient to receive chemotherapy safely at Munson Medical Center and remain local for treatment. 

Ketamine drips: Partnership with inpatient pharmacy and Palliative Care to develop PowerPlans for refractory pain and palliative sedation.

Healthstream pilot: Initial and ongoing competencies saved and verified electronically.

Desensitization: Partnered with Cowell Family Cancer Center to organize hospital admission and safe administration of Nivolumab after a severe reaction in the outpatient setting.
