  • Once a week void all claims requested by providers during the week
  • Review that claims were voided correctly when doing the 63 report at the start of the new week
  • Correct any mistakes potentially made when voiding claims and correct the mistakes before allowing the claim to process incorrectly
  • Request checks to be reissued when a provider is owed money
  • Transfer money to the state when a claim is over six years old or the provider does not want the money applied to their account
