My proudest accomplishment was recognizing the emerging impact of cyber risk early in my career and turning that insight into organizational growth. After developing extensive expertise in ransomware claims beginning in 2015, I led efforts to incorporate Cyber capabilities into the Small Commercial Property organization. I successfully advocated for and established a dedicated Cyber position, which later expanded into a Senior role. The success of that initiative led to additional responsibility for Employee Dishonesty and Transportation lines, culminating in the creation of the Specialty Team and demonstrating my ability to identify emerging risks, build capabilities, and lead strategic change.
