Summary
My primary motivation for becoming a nurse stems from an innate drive to help people in need. I consider it satisfying to assist patients in overcoming the burden of various health conditions, as well as to support their families during such trying moments. Seeing people struggle impacts me mentally and serves as a motivator for me to assist alleviate some of their suffering. Also, assisting those in need has a good impact on their life and the community, which is equally fulfilling. In addition to assisting those in need, nursing is a rewarding profession.
