- Assessing all new admits clinicals looking for NTA's, Nursing Clinical Categories, etc. to ensure the most money can be collected from each patient.
- Putting into new admits charts where patient came from, opening PCC gg assessment, setting up assessments, making sure all ICD 10 codes are in the chart and attached to payer source, putting skilled dx in identify standard.
- Issuing NOMNC's as they come in.
- Assisting and making sure that all discharges are complete; writing orders and following up with Social Worker Assistant to ensure discharges are completed timely. (We are currently in search of SW)
- Working with WellMed CM's to make sure they have initial evals and updates timely.
- Working closely with the NP for WellMed to ensure she has what she needs and questions are answered timely.
- Meeting with WellMed CM, WellMed SW, WellMed NP, DOR, ADON, DON weekly to ensure LOS is met.
- Room rounds before morning meeting. Assigned rooms to check every morning to ensure they are clean, and resident's don't have concerns.
- Prior to taking over WellMed CM duties, my full time responsibility was to do MDS's full time, which included doing to certs for each admission and renewing the certs as needed timely. Also making sure documentation was done and able to be captured for each MDS.
- Assist with any social worker duties that may come up that SW assistant can not do.

Prior to working at Sundance, I assisted in opening three buildings and prior to that, I worked for 8 years at my first employment as a nurse. Having gained a lot of experience since I graduated nursing school.
