Lead and oversee the operation of the pharmacy department which serves the main hospital, an Ambulatory Surgical Center, an Infusion Center and four freestanding emergency rooms (FSED) to:

• Ensure all federal, state regulatory requirements and corporate policies are being complied: Successfully passed two the Joint Commission audits and three Texas State Board of Pharmacy with no major finding.
• Ensure patients receive the best pharmaceutical care: Implemented the clinical surveillance program utilizing Vigilanz and Implemented the decentralized pharmacy service model.
• Ensure physicians, nursing and other clinical teams receive the best pharmaceutical services and supports: Received high scores from physician and nursing surveys.
• Ensure staff are engaged and satisfied: Received high scores from Employee Engagement Surveys.

• Implemented USP Compounding of Sterile Products training, workflow and quality control program
