  • Introduced dispatch software to company and learned the software from ground up customizing it to fit company needs and advancing the usage of the software.
  • Managed a fleet of drivers and all communications with customer base. Built routes and modified them when necessary. Trained drivers to use the phone device app side of the software and all of its features correctly therefore establishing time stamped electronic data on each delivery and its tracking.
  • Managed internal email communication and customer email communication.
  • Created excel spreadsheets to document data and record keeping and used such data in unison with the dispatch software! Applied the gathered data to assist billing department by providing accurate information.
