Started a small livestock operation from scratch while completing the Animal Science Degree program from University of Minnesota Crookston. Utilized EQIP programs to establish environmental conservation programs that complimented the overall vision of production while providing good stewardship of the land; Developed breeding plans on three animal species focusing on cold weather survivability traits and heritage breed traits such as parasite resistance, mothering ability and ability to thrive in a environment to the species; Developed a sales and marketing plan that focused on naturally produced production such as grass finished beef, pasture raised pork, free range eggs and dual purpose homestead perfect goats.

Oversaw supervision, mentorship, readiness, and technical development and training of 49 employees responsible for pay, allowances and postal service for 3500 military personal in the southern tip of South Korea. Ensured all funds disbursed had proper documentation and controls in place to provide accountability and safeguarded against fraud. Preformed monthly random pay audits responsible to provide good stewardship if taxpayer funds. Responsible for approximately $1 million dollars in equipment.

Evaluated customers credit history to determine ideal lenders to send applications to that would provide optimal fiance terms and conditions. When needed, helped customers readjust their purchase plans to reflect the reality of their credit situation. Processed loan applications and monitored progress from start to finish. Ensured all paperwork was submitted in a timely manner and that funds were received.
