My passion as an IT professional is to make this quote as irrelevant as possible, being able to bolden the line between magic and technology, and to show individuals that technology is here to work for you, making life easier, and if you just have a helping hand to guide you through the processes and issues and mistakes, we all benefit. Everyday, I get the privilege to learn something new about the processes and inner workings of the IT infrastructure, and how that affects end user experience. I have been in the IT field for over 4 years now, and I have loved everything that I have learned and I can't wait to start to learn more.

  • Started my own business in the Village of Ruidoso, NM
  • Centered the business around great customer service and being able to help residents with a wide range of IT issues, installations, recommendations, etc, in their homes, or place of business
  • Would take calls, emails, and texts to assist the customers and create the work tickets
  • Worked with customers on the best times that they are available, and would schedule these times and provide efficient time management
