Tre Williams

This resume is crafted particularly for the management position at Outback Steakhouse. I have been a part of the team here since 2018, with a small break during our closure for the COVID pandemic(1 year). During my tenure, I have watched carefully and learned a great deal about what it takes to run a restaurant, especially in the front of house. My experiences with previous proprietors and my many tumultuous shifts have left me with a unique experience and knowledge, which I am confident can lead to an improvement in every facet of our business. I believe I can be extremely helpful in focusing on issues that would directly improve our guests' experience, which I feel has taken a bit of a back seat at my location. If our guests are placed firmly at the forefront of my attention, I have no doubt that soon after every other area of our operation would improve. For example, putting an emphasis on manning the Expo window with someone confident and competent, at all times, would drastically improve the quality of food leaving the kitchen. In turn, Ziosk surveys would no doubt improve, repeat customers would increase, and food waste would decrease. I am confident that learning more in other areas of our business would bring to light more opportunities for improvement.
