  • Troubleshooted technical issues by leveraging software applications such as Siebal, TOPs, Bee Banker and Case management to assist clients with resetting passwords/pins, regaining online access to bank accounts, cobrowsing virtually with consumers to show them how to self service (with issues such as unlocking debit cards), and identifying the causes of access issues with debit and credit cards ( issues included, fraudulent purchases or checks ,going over monthly limits, using expired cards with same digit numbers , locked cards, stolen cards, check clearances or lack of funds).
  • Utilized the software applications Bee Banker and Siebal to access consumer's account information in order to complete maintenance requests, such as mailing out cashier checks, submitting loan and credit card payments (on behalf of the clients), updating addresses, increasing card limits, closing accounts and transferring funds between checking accounts.
