• Gathering the materials needed to make motherboards, such as boards and parts for said boards.
• Following a step-by-step process for verifying the materials needed, and that we have them.
• Had ideas used to better organize and more effectively use the process for setting up (I could get more descriptive; however, I could reveal trade secrets in doing so, so I'm intentionally keeping it semi vague).

• I learned a lot more about the equipment and process in the semiconductor industry.
• I learned a massive amount about the abatement tools that Edwards runs in Intel's subfabs and fabs.
• It taught me a lot about plumbing, electrical engineering, and wiring (too much to put on a resume).

Installs:

• This taught me how the pumps work in tangent with the abatements.
• Taught me how the pumps themselves work.
• Taught me how to upload software to HMIs in pumps, as well.

• Learned how to set up and tear down jobs for Intel and Edwards.
• Learned how to remove and apply TMS.
• I learned more about the semiconductor process and equipment.

• Learned how to use a micrometer to measure surface roughness on a part.
• Learned how to evenly coat the surface of a semiconductor part (with grit) that needed to be refurbished.
• Learned how to mask parts for blasting, clean parts with the glass bead cabinet, and cabinets with a high level of grit.
• Learned how to put together different parts.
• Learned how to blast with CO2 to clean chemical deposition off of parts.
• Learned how to use abrasive surfaces to clean off other types of chemical debris.

• Was a very fast paced worker
• Great ideas for increasing work production levels.
• Good social skills helped me get along with most of my coworkers.
• I learned a lot about machines while working alone.
• Always busy when the machine was down, or not operating well.
• I had good ideas for keeping machines running well and staying organized.

• I had great ideas for shortening the time when trying to complete a task.
• I was very good at guessing the weight of the product right off the bat, and I continued to get better.
• Worked very hard (running and hand movements at a fast pace).
• I was offered the Assistant Manager position and the Seafood Manager position, but I did not accept based on there being no raise with more responsibilities and or not enough compensation for the responsibilities.
