Trenton Kreps

I am detail oriented with now 5+ years of production experience in a variety of leadership roles from Shipping Clerk to Department Manager. I've had the opportunity to work in 1:1 settings as well as having up to 40 team members report to me. I strive to ensure the safety of all team members within the plant facility while promoting employee motivation. Through keeping department operations aligned through transparent communication with goals and leveraging my proactive management style, I've been able to watch many of my team members develop into higher technical roles. I believe in encouraging all to be their best through proactive coaching, in addition to providing in-the-moment learning opportunities. I pride myself on my ability to build strong relationships with my teams and peers, and I've been able to work on my development through leveraging 1:1s with my direct manager and expressing the desire to be challenged and coached when opportunities arise to not only better myself, but to better my teams. I am one to always take on a challenge and will continue to push myself to grow in any role I am able to step into.
