- I did safety and sanitization procedures such as wiping down the counters, the plexi glass, the pin pads after a customer pays with a card, as well as the tape measures after each bra measurement.
- I have opened and closed the store and completed each checklist that applies to opening and closing. Such as making sure the back counters are cleaned off from any product, opening and closing the registers, counted the money, dry swiffered the floors if they were dirty.
- I train coworkers on how to work the registers, what is expected of us if we are slow or if we are busy, and help them with any questions they have about anything that confuses them.
- I also talk to guests and sell them items to help build our conversion and average dollar per footstep so we can reach our segment goals (which are 2 hours each).
- If I'm not selling, I'm refolding the clothes, restocking everything from our beauty care, underwear and apparel, and also helping my fellow coworkers.
