Born in Darien, Connecticut I moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University for a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a minor in entrepreneurship studies. I've worked my way upward in hospitality, at some of the nicest cocktail bars and hotels in San Diego. Bartending is something that taught me valuable lessons, two of the most important being fast critical thinking & reading people and body language through interpersonal skills. I was a graduate in the Zip Launch Pad Incubator Program with my startup Shore Cubby, our business built a 3-D printed mechanical locker that stored personal valuable items while people swam in the water to prevent theft. My current business now is Swift & Granite Bartending, contemporary craft cocktails and upscale bar services for private events and weddings. No matter where I am in life, I'm also going to innovate and push the boundaries of the norm. If you learn one thing about me know I don't fear rejection or failure, as I believe the act of doing under stress and hardship, is the only way you can truly improve.
