Trevor Bentz

As an Engineering Intern at Lockheed Martin, I rotate through multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, systems, and software engineering, gaining hands-on experience in each area. I collaborate closely with engineering teams, assisting in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems. This internship provides me with valuable insight into how a large-scale engineering department operates, from project conceptualization to execution. I work alongside senior engineers, learning their methodologies, workflows, and problem-solving techniques. Additionally, I contribute to project documentation, reports, and presentations, further developing my technical writing and communication skills.

As a Cashier at Kinney Drugs, I helped customers by processing transactions and answering questions. I handled cash accurately, kept the checkout area clean, and assisted with stocking shelves and managing inventory.

I was responsible for front-end customer support in Syracuse University’s Advancement Department's IT team. This role allowed me to develop valuable teamwork skills, as I collaborated closely with colleagues to address and resolve issues. Additionally, I gained experience in time management and asset management, ensuring efficient and organized handling of tasks and resources.
