• Maintaining a clean and organized work location to promote overall safety and order

• Work and communicate successfully with a large diverse group of coworkers to accomplish goals and address issues related to my knowledge and ability

• Coordinate and report efficiently with planners and supervisors to keep operations moving smoothly to avoid unnecessary downtime and increase productivity

• Maintain, monitor, and operate a Tire Handler and Boom Truck to be used on a daily basis

• Training and management of inexperienced new hires
