I run the security team for Parkside Taphouse. I started as a door guy about 2 years ago, 6 months ago i was promoted to head of security. I have 10-12 guards that work underneath me. I'm in charge of, hiring, training, making the work schedule, judgement calls, de-escalation, and making our patrons feel safe and want to come back.

As a Route sales representative I had 10 individual route days that I was in charge of . I would have to maintain relationships with people from all walks of life because of the differences in areas i worked. I would have 40-70 stops a day. At every stop i would give my customers the best service I could, by calling if i missed them, setting up a new time to meet, offering sales, and offering recommendations. My route ranged from Chico, Oroville, Gridley, Bangor, and Downieville, I started the lowest sales routes in the beginning of my career, and by the end I was ruining the number 1 route at my depot.
